Schools Siberia did not like the terms of Microsoft and Adobe

Officials from the formation of the nine regions of Siberia discussed proposals for Microsoft, Adobe, “Kaspersky Lab” and “Alt Linux on the purchase of software for schools. Terms of American manufacturers have been declared inadmissible. Schools are encouraged to use domestic products.

In Novosibirsk, a seminar was held, non-commercial partnership “Informatization of Education in Siberia”, which was attended by representatives of education authorities, departmental agencies responsible for the informatization of the education system from nine regions of the Siberian Federal District: Republic of Altai, Tyva, Khakassia, Altai, Baikal and Krasnoyarsk (mode videoconferencing) edges of the Kemerovo, Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions.

Participants familiarized themselves with the proposals of companies Microsoft, Adobe, “Alt Linux” and “Kaspersky Lab” to supply software to schools. Minutes of the seminar is available.
