Japanese schools switch to Linux

In Japanese schools, about 400 thousands of computers running Windows 98 or Milennium, operating systems, which had long been supported by Microsoft. Replacement of computers in the modern models and updating operating systems costs a lot of money. Therefore, at the Tokyo conference, which was attended by teachers and members of the government, it was decided to replace the outdated version of Windows on the freely distributed operating system.
