Liberal Democratic Party is organizing a round table “Windows vs Linux”

In the framework of the roundtable will discuss:

- Is there an irreconcilable struggle between the users of these operating systems, or a myth?
- Is there a clear advantage of one operating system over another?
- Is there a difference between cultures Windows and Linux?
- What operating system are best used in government programs on information?
- Which operating system has brought more benefits and harm the global community of users?
