Available for testing the first release candidate for KDE 4.3

Today, July 1, became available the first release candidate of the third branch of KDE 4.
The new version adds:
1. Integration of new technologies such as PolicyKit, as well as Geolokatsionnyh services.
2. New animations of windows, and many new improvements added to the plasma.
3. Bugfixes and improvements in many applications.
