“United Russia” supported the creation of Russia’s Linux

Chairman of the State Duma and head of United Russia “Boris Gryzlov said Russia supported the idea of creating an operating system-based software with open source software (ACT). The market has been estimated that its development would require up to 5 billion rubles.

On Friday at a meeting of council on science, knowledge-intensive technologies and innovation in the State Duma Boris Gryzlov has decided to support the development and implementation of systems based on software-based software with open source.
