Red Hat announced its plans for virtualization

American Linux-distributor Red Hat announced its strategy for virtualization in 2009. The company intend to abandon the Xen hypervisor in favor of the development of KVM, and to issue a series of new products: virutalizatsiey management tools on servers and manage virtual desktops, its hypervisor.
