Vietnam completely converted to GNU / Linux and free software

Ministry of Information and Communication of Vietnam has approved the program of transfer of government institutions in the country on Linux and free software. According to the decree, all servers must be moved to Linux, no later than June 30, 2009. By the end of 2009, 70% of the workstations is scheduled to transfer to the use of OpenOffice.org, Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird.
