The “100-dollar laptop”, OLPC (One Laptop Per Child), has finally reached Europe, including - and to our country. From today, European citizens have the opportunity to purchase laptop OLPC XO-1 for yourself and make a contribution to the process of “computerization” of children of third world countries. As the main operating system in the OLPC XO-1 uses Linux-distribution based on Fedora.
As part of the “Give One. Get One” (G1G1, “Give One - Take One”) to anyone wishing to offer two options: buy one minilaptop OLPC XO-1 for a child from a developing country (for 199 USD) or buy one for a laptop child, and the second - for myself (for 399 USD). All this can be done on a special page from popular online store Amazon.
