Russia developer of Linux distribution says to him the exclusive right and under the terms of the 30-day trial

How this model is consistent with the spirit of Linux and specifically - the concept of GPL - remains an open question. I was actually surprised user agreement, declaring consuming business owner exclusive rights to the entire distribution in general and its individual components:
