Article “Why scare producers of Linux software and hardware

Modern manufacturers closed ON is very clear, organized mechanism, which works equally well on Windows and OS X. They needed to create these applications, release updates and patches, if necessary, and receive revenues from sales of its programs.

There is also the manufacturers of computer hardware. Being very similar to the producers of closed software, advanced hardware manufactures support not only one kind of platform, and seek to maintain and OS X, and Windows. Creating drivers for these platforms painless for most equipment manufacturers, as both are using consistent standards to ensure compatibility of equipment developers.

And where does Linux in all this? Distributions have little to do with each other. In this article, I outlined my thoughts about why the software industry and iron are afraid to adopt Linux and what they have to do with the time that Linux on desktops thrived.
