Linux applications on Windows? Yes! Released a beta version of Ulteo Virtual Desktop

Ulteo Virtual Desktop does not use virtualization environment, and based on the code project coLinux, which allows to run Linux-kernel to Windows. List of predefined applications include Firefox, Thunderbird, IM Kopete (supports all major protocols IM), OpenOffice.org, KPDF, Inkscape, and many others.
Virtual Desktop also provides an environment to install and remove applications and high level of integration with Windows-environment, including access to the documents of Windows, support for printing and sound.
