Skype lost the case against supporters of the GPL

Harald Welte (Harald Welte) announced that Skype has lost in the proceedings against the enthusiasts, protecting the GNU GPL. Even last year the Munich District Court (Germany) found Skype in violation of the GPL in a case initiated by gpl-violations.org. However, recently there was another hearing in which representatives of Skype tried to appeal to the judge, arguing that the GPL license is illegal in principle. But the court opted for the ACT supporters, rejecting the appeal of Skype.
