In Brazil, install Linux for the 52 million students

Ministry of Education of Brazil started the mass introduction of the operating system GNU / Linux in the classrooms used by 52 million schoolchildren. In the media, this information came from the blog developer KDE. According to the blog, the Ministry sets the school distribution Linux Educacional 2.0, based on Debian GNU / Linux and includes KDE 3.5 with a set of educational programs and games project KDE (KDE Edu and KDE Games, respectively), as well as some specialized tools.
