In Argentina, are considering a complete switch to Open Source

Argentina could become the first country in the world, all government agencies which will use only the software with open source software (Open Source). It became known thanks to the bill recently passed to the National Congress of Argentina. Initiative full transition of government departments Argentine Open Source-Software is designed to be part of a broader ongoing campaign against piracy in the software.
