Monitoring servers. Part 1. Or "tune MonIT"

Sooner or later in life admin there is a need to monitor their servers. Today analyze a simple case. We have a dedicated / virtual server based on LINUX.
It considered several monitoring systems. As a result, the best option was chosen Monit. Monit - free / open source software, designed for monitoring UNIX'o such systems.
