At a computer security conference CanSecWest, held in Vancouver, Canada, during the competition PWN2OWN hackers could not hack a computer running the operating system, Ubuntu Linux 7.10, reports PC World.

Specialists in cracking were to gain control fully patched laptops Sony Vaio VGN-TZ37CN running Ubuntu Linux 7.10, Fujitsu U810 running Windows Vista SP1 and MacBook Air with Mac OS X 10.5.2 Leopard.
