How to patch KDE under Mac OS

How to patch KDE2 under FreeBSD - this question has been almost four years of torment Runet.

A recent KDE4 much noise is not picked up. Most of the reviews - “picked up, put and carried, waiting for KDE4.2″ and “GNOME FOREVER!”.

Recently a KDE4 port is under … Mac OS =) some enthusiasts sincerely believe that there are people who will replace good old Aqua on KDE4. I would like to wish them success and enviable enthusiasm.
