Addressing at Russification console in Ubuntu Linux

Still ubuntu - very kosyachny distribution. In debiane console Russian out of the box, but in Ubuntu - solid krakozyabry, from which even the console-cyrillic does not help. So, it will go about setting up the support of Russian letters in the console (not to be confused with the emulator console!).
