How much is Windows to the people?

In connection with the recent increase in popularity of operating systems Linux, IT-administrators are increasingly asking, what is the real cost of Linux. Much will it cost enterprise training, support, etc.? Some argue that the cost of Linux is really great due to additional costs for training users (an assertion with which one could argue). And what about training of administrators and specialists in maintenance of Windows?
