Skype Limited convicted of violating GPL

Court recognized that the program filling VoIP-phone sold in SkypeShop, violates the GPL kernel Linux. Provider software - the company Skype - failed to timely provide any sources from the phone, while not hiding the use of GPL-software in the device.
