The Samba project moves to GPL v3

Samba Team has decided to transfer to any future releases with the license GPL v2 to GPL v3. In order to avoid confusion and emphasize the importance of the event instead of release 3.0.26 will be released 3.2.0.

For the latter, released under license GPL v2 release 3.0.25b as possible will be issued updates related to security, new capabilities will be included only in the branch 3.2.
