KDE 4.3.0 Caizen

August 4, 2009 The new version of the graphical shell KDE - 4.3.0 codenamed "Caizen". Many changes affecting the speed and performance. Since version 4.2 KDE is aimed at the majority of end users, KDE 4.3 offered a more robust and complete product for home and office.
KDE Community has established more than 10 000 errors and implemented almost 2 000 requests / wishes of users over the past 6 months.

major changes:

* A new protocol system tray, allowing the application better control its content.
* The introduction of PolicyKit.
* KWin: new effects, improved performance, integration with the themes of plasma.
* Revised dialogue crash.
* Outline mode in systemsettings.
* Ark: appears support for LZMA / XZ, improvements in the support of zip, rar and 7zip.
* Games: The new Egyptian theme, new levels and other improvements.
* Advanced contact list in Kopete and KOrganizer sync with Google Calendar.
* Integration with social desktop.
