Microsoft has signed a contract with another supplier of Linux

Microsoft has entered into an agreement with another supplier of operating systems, Linux, the company Linspire.

Company Linspire was founded by the former head MR3.com Michael Robertson and originally was known as Lindows. Almost immediately after its appearance Lindows had to solve a conflict with Microsoft, which accused the young company of illegally using the name, consonant with the trademark Windows, to promote a competing product. With Microsoft at the same time emphasized that progress on Windows was spent hundreds of millions of dollars, while Lindows does not want to spend a dime on advertising, and, moreover, is misleading users. The standoff between the two companies ended what Lindows changed its name and the name of operating systems based on Linux to Linspire.
