Free software in schools

Opened a new resource for teachers using the free computer programs. The aim of this initiative is the collection and publication of various information, which may be useful to teachers using the lessons in their free computer programs, such as the operating system GNU / Linux. At the moment, at the initiative provides links to various educational materials (including copyright): lesson-introduction to the world of free programs, lectures on the history of Python and Zope and others. The initiative developed under the project “Chronicles” and its author hopes that in cooperation with Russia FOSS-community list of submissions can be significantly expanded.
