We find a remote vulnerability in the OpenBSD operating system

In the operating system open source OpenBSD since version 3.1, there is a critical vulnerability that allows remote attacker to execute its code on a system with kernel privileges by sending specially trained ICMPv6-package.

Stack IPv6 is active in the OpenBSD kernel by default. As an interim solution proposed IPv6-lock traffic. In / etc / pf.conf should be added: “block in inet6″.
