Linux in China: Reflections.

A couple of years ago, news media vying reported vigorous development of the China operating system based on Linux called Red Flag. Moreover - even actively discussed possible “extinction” Windows throughout the Asian region.
Meanwhile, today, information about the development of Linux in China is very small, and Windows monopoly continues to apply to open spaces of the East Asian region. What’s the matter?
In fact, the problems are the same as, for example, in Russia: _sami_znaete_kakoy_ pirated versions of the operating system in any case cheaper than even the most inexpensive quality Linux-distribution.
