The creator of ReiserFS file system for Linux will remain on the dock

Hans Reiser, creator of one of the most popular journaling file systems for Linux, will remain at the dock. The case continues.

Reiser is accused of murdering his wife Nina Reiser, who went missing on September 3, 2006. The only evidence in fact remains small traces of blood. Today, Representative Reiser petitioned for removal from Reiser charges due to lack of evidence. The judge asked the prosecutor to many questions, and despite the fact that good reasons to believe Hans Reiser murder there, he decided to continue the case. Hans stays on the dock.
